Welcome to askMUSIC: Clinical decision tools developed by the Michigan Urological Surgery Improvement Collaborative (MUSIC).

askMUSIC is a collection of tools to help healthcare professionals and patients make the best possible decisions about prostate cancer care. The Michigan Urological Surgery Improvement Collaborative (MUSIC) is a group of urology practices across the state of Michigan who work together to improve the care of men with prostate cancer.

MUSIC created most of the tools on this site based on a collection of information (also known as a registry) about more than 20,000 men diagnosed with prostate cancer across MUSIC’s 44 participating practices.

This means that these tools are designed to be most useful for men in Michigan with prostate cancer and the healthcare providers who treat them. The tools are always improving by using new information gathered from the experiences of prostate cancer patients across the state.
